Never received my order

I never received my order. I could see that address was incomplete and was returned to sender via tracking info. Ive emailed the company three times to get reimbursed with no response. Im out $37. Not a good business practice to not respond to customers with legitimate order issues. Needless to say you have lost my business

Order not shipped by Organa Kratom

I placed and order with Organa Kratom two weeks ago and they charged my credit card right away. It has been two weeks and Organa has not shipped my order. I am extremely disappointed with you company

Never Received Product

It’s been two weeks since my order and I have not received the products. Have sent emails to customer support but no response. Would love to review.

Excellent Product, Poor Delivery

Paid extra for Priority Express shipping and the product didn’t even get labeled for shipping for 4 days according to tracking. This is unacceptable. I received an email today that my order is “complete” yet I am still waiting for it! Since I’m on the East coast, I don’t expect to have to wait a week when I’m paying 29.99 for shipping.
