Organa Kratom begins shipping kratom orders within 24hrs of payment being received. Organa Kratom ships packages Monday – Saturday. If your order is received before 2:00 pm EST it will ship the same day. If not your order will ship the following day.
Organa Kratom offers 2 options for shipping:

United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Estimated arrival of the package in the U.S. is 2-5 business days from shipment date.
United States Postal Service Express Mail. Estimated arrival of the package in the U.S. is 1-3 business days from shipment date.
Please keep in mind shipping times may vary slightly depending on your location.
Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments which can be tracked within 48 hours of receiving a tracking number. Please keep in mind once the package is with the postal service we are not responsible for any delays that may occur.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Organa Kratom will accept returns under certain conditions:
All new and unopened products come with a 30-day, money-back guarantee based on the delivery date as provided by the shipper. If you have opened a package, at least 75% of the order amount must remain. We stand by our products and want every customer to have the option to try our products risk free, as such, refunds on opened packages will only apply to first-time purchases. We strive to ensure every customer has an amazing experience with not only our products but also our staff.
Being one of the few companies that lab test all of our products (VERY EXPENSIVE) to ensure you receive a clean and pure end product, we do our best within reason to consider inquiries on a case-by-case basis. We guarantee the purity, quality, and potency of our powders however kratom is a subjective supplement and each variety / serving size will effect an individual differently than the next and may not always deliver the exact effect you are anticipating. We hope you understand we want all of our customers to be happy with their purchase and will work with you to ensure that you are.
Due to the nature of our products we are limited to what we can accept deem-able for a return, refund, or exchange. Refunds will not include the shipping cost and all return shipping must be paid by the customer.
